We have an Avid DekoCast 4

it was working fine, but since yesterday the only output is Avid watermark

and there's a warning i see for the first time:

WARNING audioCaptureTransport : ID : 0 : Available Samples has been Zero for the last 300 seconds, ts 1661187843624

This may possibly be two seperate things.  Has the system be re-located recently or had some other work done on it?  Like re-cabling?  The Avid watermark could be something as simple as the Dongle has been knocked out of place or been removed for some reason.  I could check to see if the Dongle is in place in the USB port or if this is a older model chassis on the Parallel port (hidden inside the fold down section on the back of the chassis near the AC Power interface).

The second issue regarding the WARNING I would contact support and open a support request to get more information on what may be going on.
