    Are you having problems with Software Activation?

    Hi Guys,

    Recently a lot of you have been calling and writing to Marianna and me about problems either deactivating or reactivating your software licenses. While we are happy to help you, I want to be sure that you know that there are a couple of channels available to you to get faster help at no charge.

    First, you can go to avid.com/go and read all about how to activate/deactivate and to get help when things go wrong. If, after exhausting the tips laid out there, you still have issues, you can call support @1-800-800-2843 (opt 2) and speak to a customer service representative about SA directly. They will be glad to get you going again. There is no charge for this option.

    If you have any problems after that, please let Marianna or me know and we'll be happy to jump in and help.
