Capture Tool

Is it just for me or everyone?  When I have the Capture Tool window open/active and I insert a tape it asks me to name the tape.  Great, so I do that and then I frantically mash 'L' on the keyboard to start viewing the tape, but for some reason the sequence in the record window is active now, and that is what plays.  I continue hitting 'L' violently - come on tape, PLAY. Soon I realize that I have to click on the Capture Tool window again, even though I never clicked away from it.

I don't remember it being this way in previous versions?  And even though I should know this is going to happen I am fooled every time.  So is there some reason for this behavior or what?  I don't care for it.

The settings in this window are not saved when the user switches between formats in the same project.  If I go from 1080i to 480i and back I lose my settings for sync lock and downconversion.  This should be saved in the settings file for the project.

Anyone else bothered by this?

Have the same thing. You MUST hit enter after entering the name on the capture tool, THEN, JKL will work for the transport.
