Upgrading to 3.5 from 3.1 - what's the big deal?

I'm trying to figure if I should upgrade to 3.5.....I read the read me of what's new 3.5 and nothign stood out for me - if you upgraded to 3.5 from 3.1 what were the big advantages for you?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Avid Media Access (AMA), which makes XDCAM & P2 access much easier, and the ability to adjust audio levels on clips in bins were the big ones for me.  There's also the introduction of stereoscopic editing and keyframeable color correction among other changes.

    good luck,
    Carl

Honestly, on shows where we don't need the AMA, none of my clients have updated yet either. To spend thousands of dollars upgrading software that still does what you need to do, (mostly edit SD video) I haven't seen the advantage.

Does anyone have any stability reports as far as it being way better?

That said, AMA is pretty nice, if you need it.
