The following tutorial was originally included in the Avid CD-ROM "Making the Move from Meridien to Adrenaline". While the version references are dated, the factual information about the tool remains the same for today's software.
Many thanks to Marianna, Curtis Poole and Douglas Bruce for helping me make this happen!
Part Four describes additional capabilities including promoting motion effects to timewarp, using fluid motion, trim to fill, freeze frame in timewarp and using fluid film.

You're quite welcome, Ra-ey:
I've seen many requests for timewarp tutorials over the past couple of years, and with Marianna's help I was able to re-purpose the tutorials contained in that CD-ROM for our use here. I hope other users find it as helpful as you have.
Now I'D LOVE a Tutorial on how to properly 'edit' a FluidMotion effect to correct warping. I knwo how to muddle through, but I know I'm not doing it right and the documentation is awful. Most people I know don't even attempt to 'fix' a FluidMotion if it has errors. How you you get the same shape to affect more than one frame!
