     1:1 capture movie timeline full play no error.dijital cut start record 5 -10 min no error messages digital cut stop Confused

     

    What problem.

    Pls Help

    can you give us some additonal information:

    what kind of VTR?

    control connection?

    sync?

    any messages in the console?

    enough tape left?

    Sony VTR and VTR change other VTR connect problem next.

    Vtr connect check no problem

    sync no problem.

    Are your Media Folders full?  MXF MediaFiles folders (i.e. '1') get very flaky when you have more than around 1000 files in them.  If you have make new folders in the same directory, calling them '2', '3' etc... and move the files into them.  Try and empty '1'.  Then re-start your Avid and prepare to wait for the databases to rebuild.

    We had a similar issue and this was the issue.

    If you are using a Sync generator make sure that you sync lock is not set to internal.  Video output
    tool is where you check that setting.  Please confirm the deck you are using if the problem continues
