I work at a High School, which happens to have a local cable channel, but can't afford a yearly mainatance contract and I am told Avid won't do a per incendident support ticket for airspeed and unity.
So is there soem oen out there who can help me out?
We had power cut by power company for a day and whent eh system came back there isa issue with the airspeed seeing the mix down audio files from the unity, we have a newscutter and a slave PC also connected to the network.
has anyoen ever experienced this who can give me some advice.
how should I power up these devices. is there a proper way to power up
like router first, then unity, then airspeed then slave, then newscutter
which is my best guess,
or maybe all at the same time, or some other order
