    DS Training Edition 64bit version?

From the v10_1_2 Read me file:

"The RED format is now available in the Avid DS Training Edition, however, when
working with RED media, you must use the 64-bit version of the Avid DS Training
    Edition."

Where can I find this, only see a 32-bit version listed.

you can download the X64 v10.1 release, install, and then run the 10.1.2 update, if it does not see a licence it will run in training mode.

    ez-peazy!

One note, if you are going to open up an existing project, only use a copy as once it's opened in traning mode it's not going to open in a licenced D

We offer the Windows XP 32-bit version of Avid DS on the Trial Products site because it is an operating system that most people can easily access, contrary to Windows XP x64 Edition.

But if you work in a facility with existing machines capable of running this XP 64-bit OS, than you most probably have access to an Avid DS application DVD or download package, and you can run the 64-bit setup for training purpose.
