Hello,

We're running Symphony nitris on an xw8200 turnkey system and have been getting this error every time we try to do our first output of the day:

Exception: NitrisBase: Err: 0 | -991167 | apk_interruptobject.cpp | 853 | Error Code: kLPKerr_HEOL_VEOF_HardwareMismatchError Msg: "NitrisBase:RLE2:UnivMix input E sync error"

This was taken from the console, but the exact same message pops up.

This has happend every day for the past few days, with exception to yesterday. It always happens between 13 and 19 minutes into the sequence, in various sequences. I've inspected the sequence and found that it crashes on nothing in partucular. In fact, this last time it died on one of the more simple sections of the timeline. After restarting the symphony, this particular error does not come back.

I've already reseated cards and ribbon cables as posted in this similar thread:

i've also confirmed that the nitris BOB is getting proper tri-level

Have you upgraded the software recently?  Any chance the Nitris firmware doesn't currently match the software?

Nothings been upgraded (I wish). the workstation was wiped and reloaded about a month ago but I can't see that effecting the firmware. We made sure to follow all of avid's software specs (quicktime, nvidia, etc) for this particual workstation.
