Hi Guys,
We're planning to buy I think 2 Nucoda systems and use them with our ISIS and Interplay. I know that Film Master is supported in an ISIS or MN storage but because we're using Interplay it doesn't make things the same.
We have an on going demo of Film Master and we're having problem related to its workflow with our current system. When we export an AAF file from Avid editor (using the "consolidate media") to a target workspace, Film Master can pick it up and relink with the cosolidated media. But when we chose "Link to original/existing media (Don't copy)" when exporting AAF, Film Master can't link the AAF file to the original source material. We want to use the latter method to save time and space.
According to the demo artist, Film Master is not yet supported with Interplay. But I'm hoping that someone from here has luck using it with Interplay. Any feedback is much appreciated.

I guess no one is using it with Interplay.
Currently, no, but we are investigating this as well.
Thanks for the reponse rlawson.. So are you using the consolidate method? can you please explain a bit of your workflow like from Avid NLE to Nucoda and going back to NLE?
I am not directly involved in the Nuocoda workflow yet. I can find out.
I can tell you for sure that there is no Interplay infrastructure involved. ISIS only.
