    When updating title media....

I wish that when you updated title media, spelling changes for example, that when you saved upon exit it would over write the old one and not create a whole other new one so that the bin fills up with titles.

    Thanks!

I'm not in front of the machine at the moment, but I know there's a way to do this.  It's either by CTRL+double clicking or opening the title from the Effect Editor window or something like that.

    good luck,

    Re: When updating title media....

I couldn't get the quote thing to work?

Carl, yeah I do this and it replaces it on the timeline but not in the bin. It would be great if it replaced all of the media files associated with that title as well and not just creating a seperate new title and title media.

    Thanks

OK, here it is.  If you CTRL+double click on your TITLE CLIP IN IT'S BIN, you can modify and save WITHOUT creating a new title clip.

    Re: When updating title media....

Yes, thank you! The only thing that I don't like about that is that the title on the timeline won't be updated. I know it's easy to take care of but it would be nice if when you change the master title all the other ones change on the timeline. Like supers for instance if you use it multiple times in a prog. Or there maybe a way to do it, I really have lot's to learn.
