A brand new problem for us. Recently began losing Airspeed to Media Manager connection after successfully ingesting media. After finishing ingesting, the media is sitting on both the Airspeed and in the Unity workspace, but it is not recognized by Media Manager. About 30 seconds after ingest is completed the 'Network' indicator on the Airspeed goes from green to yellow and the Airspeed diagnostics shows the message "Media Manager Offline". We control the Airspeed from a networked PC with the Pilot application and there is no interuption of control from the PC. Somehow Media Manager only is losing the connection to the Airspeed. If I go into Media Manager and resync the Ingest workspace, all the media becomes available. If I reboot the Airspeed it comes back up with the Network connection OK. Until we try to ingest again.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
UPDATE: Just did another test record. Network connection to MM was lost at about 3:30 while ingesting continued.
UPDATE2: It turned out to be a username problem. Last month we restored an old MM database that had been built before the Airspeed was in the system. With no airspeed username in MM, Airspeed could not connect to check-in the ingested media.
