    question about re-sizing to 16X9

I seem to remember a post about re-sizing 4X3 video to 16X9. Can someone help me out with the correct procedure here? I have a :30 sec spot that was shot in DV in 4X3 and I need for it to be 16X9 and was hoping not to have to just crop it.  Thanks for the help!

Pan and Scan effect, under Reformat.

Set your Source to 1.33 (4:3), Target to 16:9 (Anamorphic).  Right click your Source/Record monitors and change them to 16:9.  It will stretch your 4:3 footage to 134 vertically (default is 100), which then unstretches to make it 16:9.
