    upgrading Mojo tom MojoSDI on ver 5.2.4 express pro

     Can anyone help. Im considering upgrading from Mojo to Mojo with SDI to take advantage of the SDI output on my Sony DSR 80p which has the sdi board.

     

    On my current version of Xpress pro HD ver 5.2.4 the pull down menue on the digitise tool has only Component, 1394 firewire, s vid and composite vid input options. When I connect the new sdi mojo will this automatically be updated to provide the sdi in and out option or does this come with mojo software or alternatively will I have to completely upgrade my Avid express to a later version which I dont want to do if I can help it as the current version is ok.

    I'm pretty sure the menu option is there when the hardware to support it is present.

    SDI will be enable when you connect a Mojo SDI as blkdog stated Smile
