I have a problem with deko 550, when i press the button to start the machine it makes correctly lights and a very soft noise but windows doesn't start.

I try to extract the sources of electricity and put them later and the machine starts correctly, makes the lights and a hard noise(when the machine works ok), do you know about this problem?
