I'm trying to run ASM on our Unity MediaNet system. When I run ASM from any of my three fibre clients all the drives show up as OK and all tests are OK. When I run ASM on the server the same drives show up as Broken. I've now unmounted all the clients, closed Unity Connection Manager on all three machines, stopped the File Manager on the server and exited Monitor Tool and Adminstration Tool. ASM run on the server still shows my Unity drives as Broken. I'm experiencing absolutely no problems at present with the system, I'm running ASM purely as routine maintenance. Can anyone walk me through the steps of running ASM on the server please. Unity MediaNet 5.0.1, ASM 1.12
Anyone? I'm sure I'm just doing this wrong...there must be Unity admins out there that do this every day. Will appreciate your input.
