I measured the analog outputs of the NitrisDX boxes with -20 tone and got 1.36 volts instead of 1.23--not a huge deal but there are no trims on the box anywhere. Should they be trimmed somewhere in the software?
Mine was hotter than that.. you can tweak them in the hardware settings in the Audio Project settings. Click Open Calibration Window at the bottom. Mine had to be set to -9!!!!

Okay, good to know. Thanks!
Oh, wait. That is a total pain. So for every project you have to make that adjustment? Crap.
Should be OK if you drag them to Site Settings.
Is this a defect or bug in the Nitris DX box? Has anyone opened a support case with Avid, and if so, what has been their response? This sounds as bad as when the audio connectors on the Adrenaline were scrambled, and Avid had ship out a little label to correct it.

Avid says it should be done in software...they are looking into it though, whatever that means. I opened a case with Avid. I want trims like the Adrenaline!!
Got it. We only had to drop our settings down from the default 1 to 0 for the analog outputs. Added this to the site settings and it was there for a new project. Thanks for the help, jdw
