I'm trying to find the cause of an error that randomly pops up on my Unity system. I've posted about the same problem here http://community.avid.com/forums/t/59447.aspx
I've eliminated a number of possible causes and the red hand error messages have now dissappeared from the Admin Tools message box. However, when I go into the Windows even logs I still see a number of errors (see attached). Other than the errors in the events log I'm experiencing no trouble with the system - all my client were editing smoothly without interruption during the times when the errors occured. Any ideas?
MediaNet 5.0.1, three win MC clients on fibre channel, 1x 8200 MCA and 2x 8400 MC Soft (see specs)
EDIT: forgot to add - I ran ASM and everything checks out OK, all drives are healthy
Can you type out the error in Event Viewer. I can't quite read it. Kinda looks like a File Manager HBA is hiccupping though.

Sure
Description:Adapter 1.Unknown Event has passed to osDiscoverLoopCB.Event 0x1020Parameter 0x8089a300
Problem source is stated as ClrtyFC which I suppose is Celerity Fiber Channel
Please let me know If I should resize the pic and post again. Forum window seems to crunch it smaller
