I can create edl from sequence without problem.
But I can't create sequence from EDL.
When I click arrow from edl to editor after question about select the Project Type and Sourece audio tracks nothing happen(previous version ask select a bin).
When I try creaty omf I have next error Exception: std:: exception, what: Access violation - no RTTI data!
I try EDL Manager under XP and vista and have same result.
I have same problem at all avid with MC3.0
I use EDL Manager from 2.8.3 without any problem.
Any one have a same problem?
Exactly the same problem here with MC3...
Avid is still selling Beta (Alpha?) quality software...
We are seeing this problem here at Avid, too. We'll let you know when a fix is available.

Rob, with all due respect, but with this many issues with EDL manager (also remember the PAL transitions bug), IMHO this cannot wait for a regular release to be fixed. Please consider releasing a download update for EDL Manager itself, without waiting for an entire release update of MC.
Andro,
Since you are from Warsaw I am supposing you are working in PAL. Do note that the EDL Managers that came with MC 2.x and 3.x all have issues where they misrepresent the transition times for 24p and 25p timelines. My solution was to use an EDL Manager I still had from AXP 4.8 (MC 1.8)

Have you sent an email to Avid about this? The ones working on avid tech doesn't seem to read these forums... :/

Well, the PAL bug was acknowledged, and I heard it was fixed or nearly fixed, but did not make it in time for the 3.0 release. The bug mentioned in this thread also seems acknowledged.
I trust sources that suggest these issues are being or have been addressed.
