As you can see from my system specs, I have a couple of older machines.  Dell 360 PC w FX500 and G4 mac laptop.  MC 2.8 has been running just fine for my needs on both.  A new box is in the near future, but as I am eligible for a free MC 3.0 upgrade, I am just curious if either machine would handle it.

So ...    What are oldest, weakest beasts out there that are actually running MC 3.0? And at what level of pain.     This is just out of curiousity.

how do you measure the "level of pain" ?

Well in this case ....  

I guess I mean "I loaded it on my system with XYZ specs and it would not even start" = Lots of pain.

And "I loaded it on my system with ABC specs, and it was a big sluggish, but worked." = Not much pain.

Does that make sense?
