Do you have assurance? IF you did, you would have been notified, just one of the perks of membership. If you decide to go it without assurance, then the burden is on you (and me as well since that's the direction I've chosen) to keep up to date.

Possible that your email address has changed since you originally registerd the product or the email got stuck in spam or we just screwed up. Regardless, we are here to help and as long as your system ID is within the date range and is eligible, you can get access to it.
Send me an email and I will work it through the warranty team and get you some assistance.
Anyone else reading this that missed the deadline........ dont worry. If you are eligible and ordered after March 17th then send me your system ID via email ( dont post it online) and remind me what the issues is and we will assist.
