Hi, everyone!

The purpose of this thread is to gather information on error messages. The info needed is:

1) The exact error or exception message syntax as displayed by the system.

2) The cause - what activities were underway when the error occurred.

3) The solution - description of how the problem was resolved.

The goal is to assist Avid so that EVERY KNOWN ERROR MESSAGE, when searched for in the Knowledge Base will yield that information.
