Some quick help with changing frame rates

I am currently editing a pilot with footage take from the p2 cards. Most of the clips are at the frame rate of 23.976, but a few are at 59.940. So, when I try to edit these in my 720/23.976 project this message comes up:

Clip frame rate (23976) does not match project frame rate (59940)

How do I go about fixing the frame rates so I can edit them in my current project?

    Thanks for the help,

Re: Some quick help with changing frame rates

I start a new project at 720/59.94, import the clips, then export a QT reference of each clip. You can then import the QT ref files into the 720/23.976 project. I will usually go ahead a mark and in/out on each clip to save the step in the next project.

It's a pain, but that is what I had to do.

It worked but how did the clips look?  and what codec did you use?

    Just curious......
