    Green flicker while capturing SDI

    We're running XPress Pro 5.2.4 with a Mojo SDI. When an assistant editor went to capture SDI, he started getting a green flicker. Our office tech just went to check it out and received the following error while trying the same thing:

    PMDIO_IOManager::IsNextStateChangeValid - no device present

    Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

    did you try the obvious like a restart from both devices? Also are you on mac or PC?
