When I export ANY Sequence from my Avid Symphony Nitris 1.6.6, (xw8200, 4GIGS RAM, 10 TB Storage) the video studders and the edges look 'washed out', the audio seems fine. But, if I export the SAME sequence as a regular QT, no studder, the picture is crisp. Again, the audio seems fine. The video looks fine while still in the Symphony. If I IMPORT the QT Ref back into the Symphony, it still has the studder and the edges look 'washed out'. When I IMPORT the QT, everything looks fine. This hppens regardless of what the Resolution that I've captured the video INTO the Symphony. Here are the settings that I use for my QT export:QuickTime Movie, usually I go with-CustomSorensen 3Best qualityVideo & Audio720x486 OR 540 Size to Fit Color Levels-RGBEven FieldNative DimensionsIf I need the file smaller, I run it through Sorensen Squeeze. Here are the settings that I use for my QuickTime Reference export:QuickTime ReferenceDigital MasteringFlatten Video TracksFill Spaces with BlackRender All Video EffectsDisplay Aspect Ratios - 720x486 (I've tried ALL 3 - 601: non-square, 4:3 square pixil, 648x486, 16:9 square pixil, 864x486 made no difference)Mixdown Audio TracksAudio Format : WAVE (I have tried AIFF-C, made no difference)Sample Rate: Project (I have tried ALL 5 - made no difference)Sample Bit Depth: Project (I have tried 16 & 24, made no difference)With & Without Use Network Media References, and Use Avid DV Codec, again-made no difference.COLOR LEVELSRGB & 601/709Any ideas?
