Is it possible to export still images from a set of markers in the timeline in a batch export process? If so, what type of marker is used and what does the process look like?

I don't believe you can do that with markers. 

The way i would do this: make 1 frame subclips of the images I wanted to export, put them all into one bin,  then batch export from the bin
