Greetings,
I'm working on a project and we used an HVX200 and a DVX100a. Unfortunately, the framerate for the DVX100 was set at 24p (not 24p advanced) which is what we wanted, and the HVX200 was set at 480/60i.
The end use of this project is a pilot program to go on to a demo DVD for use in trying to sell the series.
So, is there a way (filter, plug-in, running through a meat-grinder, etc.) to convert the 480/60i footage to "look" like the 24p within the same sequence?
Your consideration and thoughts are GREATLY appreciated by this rather frustrated producer/editor!
Cheers,
Tim Scarpino

Update...I used the FluidFilm Progessive effect and a touch of film grain. I think it looks OK. Is this a good way to go, or is there another effect I should try?
Thanks.
DVFilm's Maker will do a good job of this. <http://www.dvfilm.com/maker/index.htm>
