    media composer project open in avid xpress pro?

    I started an HD project on media composer v.2.8 and have to edit it on avid xpress pro v.5.8. will the project open on avid xpress pro?

    The project: yes. The media: it depends. Not sure what resolution you captured in, but that might be the culprit. Xpress Pro does not support all the resolutions than MC does.
