I'm getting the following error message after installed Avid Xpress Pro V7.2

Hi,

A couple of things are jumping out at me.  First, there's no version 7.2 of Xpress Pro; the latest version is 5.8.3.  So check and make sure what version you've got.

Second, Xpress Pro is very picky about what video cards it will work with, and it doesn't often work with ATI video cards.  Here's a link to the system requirements, with a list of approved video cards.
