There's probably someone browsing this forum at the moment who can help you, but they'll need much more information than you've provided to do it. Post your system details as fully as you can in your user profile - CPU, motherboard, memory, display card, version Windows, version Avid - and outline exactly what your methodology is.
Almost certainly with that information someone will be more than happy to help.

A Mob is a Material Object. There are a number of different types of Mob within an MXF file, but generally it contains all the metadata about the clips, the tracks that make up a clip, other timeline relative information. A MasterMob describes an entire clip. A SourceMob would describe a single piece of source material (a video, left audio, right audio etc.) As you can see, a hierarchy of Mobs of different types can build up fast under the MasterMob.
The message you refer to is rather inscrutable since it could mean anything from an MXF File with a null MasterMob to a SourceMob with a null essence pointer, or a pointer to essence that does not exist at the designated location. The fact that it happens when you change project mode (looks like you change format from SD to HD?) suggests that it might be something like an included graphic created at a native SD size and imported to size to the project (SD/offline res) or that you created an effect with an SD sized fx window.
First look at all the clips and precomputes from that timeline in text mode with the resolution column enabled and see if there is an obvious conflict. If no obvious culprits appear and if it is caused by some limited number of clips / FX and not the overarching MXF file for the sequence, you might be able to locate and fix the problem areas by creating a new sequence in your online project resolution, copy a portion of the existing timeline into it, and see if you can play it without incident. If not, keep copying and pasting smaller segments of the original timeline into a blank timeline until you get a sequence that works or you are down to one clip.
If that doesn't work you may need to invest in a tool like OpenCube's MXFToolkit or Mog Solution's Scribe tools to try getting a more explicit problem diagnosis. Be warned, however. These tools are not something the average (even above average) video editor is going to be able to "gronk" and use successfully. They are designe more for the metadata QC, metadata "author" and IT-based media manager types.
