1)- I need to get more RAM (now I have 2GB) Another 2GB would be great. Anyone can sugest brand, type, etc. This is for an HP XW8200 Dual Workstation NVidia 1400FX Media Composer
2)- Does anyone knows (I did post and asked with not much luck) why is that I have to always (after I reboot / turn off my PC for whatever the reason) power cycle my Mojo SDI in order to see it when I open MC?
3)- What is best to use if you would want your sequences in Avid (2 to 20 minutes long) to be exported as say, QT to go to the webb as a flash movie? To upload these movies as FLV in a website. CS3 Master Collection, Sorenson Squeeze, QT Pro, etc, what combination of tools would be best to use while achieving a very good video quality and at very small file sizes? This sequences would have Video and audio that need to stay in zinc. These videos would go to a website I have absolute control on it. I am searching and reading blogs online but I thought this question is straight forward and it may be quicker asking here.
Thank you in advance to whoever can answer all or some!
Ill answer 1.
I went with Crucial RAM for all of my XW8000's and XW8200's.
Very good stuff, pretty good price. Remember that if your going to have more than 2 gigs of Ram in the box, run the 3gbbatch.exe file for the registry.
