"Ideal" temperature to run Unity at?

I'm running a new Unity and I was wondering if there is an ideal temperature to be running the media engine and switch in.  An ACSR warned me that excessive heat will shorten the life of the blades. The website specs says 5 degrees to 35degrees celsius.  Mine is running at around 18 degrees celsius.  Is that okay?
