    Deleting Media Error on Media Manager

     Hello

    Running media manager v 4.5.2 and while attempting to delete certain media MM is returning an error message of "file in use or read only file", the thing is media is disaccociated. I've tracked down files on newscutter they are said to be locked /in use on and have tried deleting file at a windows level here,However all to no avail, any ideas?
