Can anyone tell me if there are any available FREE DS podcasts? There are literally dozens of free training prodcasts from people on Adobe and FCP products but not too many on Avid....why?

Excellent question.  Nothing exists except for some training stuff on the DS website.

The DS users group on Google groups is the most active resource.  Check it out.

 Tucker, there were several DS podcasts done by Victor Volanski but I'm not sure how to locate them on the Avid site. Maybe one of the moderators could help.

Because up until the new management, there has been little to no interest shown in the DS product. The ship is slowly turning around.
