Script Sync "Bus error" in "Main Thread", at address 0x0

I am in the process of taking transcriptions from interviews and syncing up the video to the transcriptions. The clip I am currently trying to sync up is exactly one hour long. But every time I do it, Media Composer slaps me with one of these:

"Bus error" in thread "MainThread", at address 0x0

If anyone knows how to solve this, please feel free to help

Is it a group clip? What is the test of the first line? Does the clip play fine on it own all the way through? Is dialog on both tracks?

No, it's just a single clip "Talking Head" shot. The clip plays perfectly stand alone. Yes, the dialog is on both tracks. There is a off camera interviewer voice and the subjects voice on both tracks.

Sorry, I did not understand the "What is the test of the first line?" question.

Thanks for taking the time to help,

We discovered a bug when the first word of the dialog being indexed was a certain word (which I can't remember right now). So I was asking what the first line of the clip being indexed was in the mediafile as well as the transcribed dialog.
