Anybody find no audio or video coming into XPro from DV tape via Mojo, but with timecode readout and shuttle control still active? Capture works most of the time, but occasionally will not show audio and video coming into system. I have Xpress Pro version 5.5.2. My PC conforms to Avid specs with 2G memory on Windows XP with service pack 2 and three hard drives totalling around 800G. It's been operating fine for more than a year, but this intermittent failure seems awfully strange. My experience with Firewire is that it's either all off or all on. I've switched decks and replaced cables, but still nothing. I've never before lost audio and video while still getting timecode readout and shuttle control. I just turned the computer back on and audio and video are back in action. But I'm not confident that it will work the next time I boot up. Thanks for any insight you might have on this.
