Hi.
Something really extrange is happening here. I´ve reinstalled (from scratch) two of our dozen NCXP, all of them fibre clients of a Unity.
The thing is, when I browse the MediaManager (through InternetExplorer), the shown content of the bins on the reinstalled machines differs from the real content. Altough all the projects are shown, there are missing bins!
The users are the same, projects aren´t new, the acces lists weren´t modified. MM even got restarted.
Please help!
Have you rebuilt the media databases that those two platforms use? If not, I would start there.

Are the bins missing in the Media Manager Browser, or in your local project folder?
When you say the shown content is different from the real content, how are you determining what the real content is?
Do you see differerent content from one edit system to another? In other words, if you browse MediaManager from one of these rebuilt NewsCutters, are you seeing differerent items than when you browse MediaManager from one of the other NewsCutter systems you dod not rebuild?

Hi lawsonr...
I can determine what the real content is because people ingest media from another NCXPs, and all of the non-reinstalled editors can see it. It´s weird because the MM browser is a web client...
The editor account, called "edit", has administrative privileges on the reinstalled PCs; but if log on with the network administrator account, the content shown is OK, so I kind of sure that the problem is the WindowsXP account. I´ve killed it, and re-created it. So far, I can say that it´s working for now. Due to the kind of use for this Unity (News) I will be sure tomorrow about it´s stability.
Thank you for your support.
