Is there any way that i can have the video playbak through a client monitor/tv? I know that when you are editing an HDV show there is the opiton in the "format" tab that allows to you to switch between 30i etc... However, that option is not there when I am in the 720p project. Is there any way that I can get a vid feed. It would be fine if the image was sd?
Any help would be great?
Thanks,
B.
hey man...no you can't kick that out in SD to my knowledge - at least from Avid. you are going to need to get an HD monitor and view the stuff on there via full screen playback.

We've had good experience using the Decklink card to monitor our HD and HDV projects on a SD client display (using Avid's "FullScreen" option). The smoothness of the playback image will depend our your computer's processing power and its display card. But on our 8-Core (2007) system it looks full speed/full field rate.
obviously the announcements just changed this if you can jump up to at least Mojo DX.
