With Wacom's latest driver there is now a Pan/Scoll option you can map to the buttons on your pen.  This works very similar to the 360-degree Pan/Scoll that is available on Apple's Mighty Mouse.

It would be awesome if Avid would allow you to use this feature and horizontally scroll in the timeline.  I've done it in FCP and AE and it's a pretty nice intuitive workflow.  Just one of those little things that saves time and make a big difference in the end.
