I was very happy about the great option to upgrade from XpressPro to MC for just 500€. So I was one of the first people in germany who bought the upgrade in the german online store. One day later the upgrade was just 450€ and remained for the next 3 days. So I wrote an Email to the OnlineStore (on 19.March 08) and asked about something like a retransfer of the 50€ difference. I didn´t get any answer since then.

Now I visited the online Store again (today, 25. March 08) and was surprised about another new price of 536€.

Would please anybody at avid tell me how to get back my 50€ and if the new price will change again the next days??? By the way in the italian online store the upgrade is 450€???

Avid would you lease check the confusing price changes?!

They will tell you that the Italians don't have the Jiggy Mode Selector Switch Effect available in their bundle . I just wish they'd come up with better answers if they are going to fob me off.

To clarify every aspect of this question. Can someone tell which VAT is the valid one, is it the dutch 19% or the local VAT. It is not clear at the european shoping site.

At least it was no email. On the online store webpage I hit "help" and then "Contact the Web Store Support Team" and typed my request. I did that on March 20. (not March 19 as I thought) and today again (about one hour ago).

They have been messing around with either included or excluded VAT numbers in the European stores.

Maybe we shouldd wait some more days and the update is 422€.

I called the Digi Store yesterday to order the upgrade for 450 Euro all included, as shown yesterday on the German DigiStore page (if you wish I can send you the screenshot). I spoke to the salesperson, she took my order, comfirmed the price and then: the system frooze!(They let me wait for about 50 minutes on the phone) I called back later and now it wasn´t even possible at all to order the upgrade. Since the price was confirmed and my data is already in the system, I hope you can order for the promised price as shown on the website yesterday. Marianna, I´d greatly appreciate your assistance in this case. Thank you in advance.
