Avid recently launched our new Avid Knowledge Base. Now, you have more options for receiving notifications when updates to the Knowledge Base are made. For instructions, see below:

Answer:  When viewing an answer there is a button that says "Notify me by email if this answer is updated".

In order to use this feature, you will need to create an account.

Once you are logged in, you can subscribe to answers so that you are notified when it is updated in the future.

You can also subscribe to a category, such as Tech Alerts.

Click "My Support History"

Click "Account Profile"

Click "Product/Category Notification"

Click "Tech Alert" Category

Click "Add Category"

Click "Save Changes"
