Airspeed annoyance, "system event log full"

I'm getting a "system event log full" warning on boot up of my airspeeds. They work just fine, but people ask about "the error on the airspeeds".

So I either hide the bodies of those who ask, or make the warning stop. The knowledge base is as usual, less then helpful.

So I either need the process to clear this, or a rental place in Los Angeles for the backhoe to help hide the bodies.

    Thnx

Jeff: the message is in the Unix side or in the Bios at startup?

Re: Airspeed annoyance, "system event log full"

The Mother board for the airspeed is the same as the SR2400 and has the same issue with the BIOS logging all errors/reboots/etc. So all you need to do is attach a keyboard, mouse and monitor to your airspeed and press F10 at startup to go into the BIOS. Once in there you can turn off the error reporting and save the BIOS settings. Problem solved.

Ken, I'll give that a shot when I am at the local keyboard next. Thanks, the insurance on the backhoe for the bodies was realllly expensive.

    Happy New Year
