    Metadata Stays In Access Bin

I've noticed that if I check-in a clip from a bin, but then delete that clip (not the media) from the bin in Avid and  check-in the bin again, the metadata stays in the folder of that bin in Access.  Also goes for deleted bins - they're gone from Avid, but Access still sees them.  I've tried it from a read/write user and an Administrator with the same results.

    Anyone else have the same?

    We're running Interplay 1.1.2 and MCs 2.7.x

By design, that is the way Interplay behaves. This is a key difference between Media Manager and Interplay.

Re: Metadata Stays In Access Bin

    thanks Rob.

We keep our projects small and delete them pretty quickly, so that kills all of the metadata in anyway.  Was just curious about that.
