I've been using protools 6.x (whatever we had to use for the old version of studio) and have been working on 'old' projects since upgrading - on a PC
I need to be able to move tracks up and down without them slipping left or right - that used to be 'right mouse click' but now that's some kind of 'hotkey' thing. How do I constrain tracks from changing in time when using the grabber tool???

On Pt select the clip or clips, hold ctrl and move to new track.

Regardless of the program... always "experiment" with Control, Alt and shift when dragging to determine the constraints...
