(This Bug Report refer to Liquid ChromeHD versions 6.1 & 7.1 only)

Hello Liquid ChromeHD Users,

Some time ago one of our ChromeHD webboard users contacted me by email and suggested that it would be very helpful for all ChromeHD webboard users if we had a list of known Liquid ChromeHD bugs which have been highlighted on the webboard. It was suggested this would help all of us including new and old Liquid ChromeHD users, because if any user was having problems with his system, then they would not have to search each individual webboard post to see if others were also experiencing similar problems.

I thought the idea had plenty of merit so I have now completed the second version of key confirmed Liquid ChromeHD bugs which have already impacted users of the webboard.

Please note the following important points on how I propose this might work:

1. This list of software bugs is not complete (only key bugs relating to Avid approved HP xw8200 turnkey systems are listed here). The only bugs listed are typically those from this webboard plus a few of my own but will relate only to Liquid ChromeHD. I know Avid has a more exhaustive list of Liquid bugs and I’m certainly in a good position to continue passing our problem bugs onto Avid directly.

2. I am only making my key Liquid ChromeHD Bugs list available in PDF format. I prefer to email the pdf list out to each of you directly only upon request. Once I have a complete email distribution list it will be easy for me to provide updates for this listing to all users on the distribution list.

3. I do NOT want this to become a list of bugs to rubbish or discredit this Liquid product or Avid. Consequently, I am only prepared to issue the list to known regular ChromeHD users from this webboard who might benefit from it. To get a copy please email me with the request and be sure to include the following details:

i) Name and Surname
ii) Email address
iii) Avid webboard ID name.
iv) Are you PAL or NTSC
v) Please specify which computer you using with ChromeHD:
------ a) Certified HP xw8000
------ b) Certified HP xw8200
------ c) Other (please specify motherboard)

4. The list should not be distributed to other third parties by any means. I have final discretion as to who will be receiving this bugs list. For infrequent users of the webboard who would like a copy of this list; in addition to the details requested in item 3 (above) please also supply me with a minimum of three URL links which show your posts on the Avid Liquid ChromeHD webbboard only.

5. Further bugs can be added to this list only if these new bugs can be confirmed by other Liquid ChromeHD users on the Avid Liquid ChromeHD webboard. After which please email me with more information so they can be added to this bugs list.
