    Avid subscriptions

    I changed my email on my account. And now all my subscriptions are gone. When I try to connect my system ID it says it's on my old email adress. And I cant log in with the old adress. 


    What can I do to get my subscriptions back on my mail? 


    (its not on this accounts mail.)

    You should contact Avid Support.

    Select Broadcast & Video, then on the next page click the + next to Contact Support and call the number listed for your area. 

    If you don't get anywhere with them, send an email to Marianna Montague ( and Raff Condalor (  They are Avid's customer advocates, and can help you.
