    any need to update?

running 18.6.1.14 on our E4 and 18.11.0.9 on our PRO

I like to follow the rule "if it works dont fix it", but would of course upgrade if there where any risks.

Have almost no breaks in production, prefer to do upgrades when there is no production running..

I would agree it is a good rule to not upgrade during production. This would go equally for the entire environment, often this is a rule but then you want/need to add a new computer and it isn't supported for one reason or another.
You should have spare identical computers, switches etc.
