    Not able to log in to Avid Link on computer

    I'm not able to log in to Avid Link, but only on the computer. The Website and App is fine. The computer gives me an UnKnown Error. I've alreedy updated, re-installed and repair patches....

    Hi  MC_HELP_PLEASE,

       If I understand you, your computer by itself works fine and the mobile 'app' version of Avid Link work for you, is that correct? 
    But the desktop version of Avid Link only gives you an "Unknown Error," is that also correct?

    If you have Media Composer installed, are there any products listed on the Products tab inside of Avid Link? 

     

    Please let me know.
