    "Case in Queue" issue

    Hi

    This is probably not the right place to ask about it, but my support case (Case number 03765858) is over a week in Sub Stage "Case in Queue". Is it normal to have a case so long "in queue" and unanswered by web store support team?

    Should I just wait more or should I create new case or is there a somekind of mail address I can write about my Avid related problem?

    You didnt enter the system ID in the required field so the case came thru with no entitlement.  I have escalated this so you get attention today.
