    Unless something has changed, you DON'T in Avid Media Composer. To approximate, you need to put the clips on two separate tracks and cross-fade. This is a major downfall of MC, in my opinion.

    This is a major downfall of MC, in my opinion. 

    And mine. It is as bad as having 32 bit float luts and a 12 bit colour corrector that clips outside 1-254...
